Every country page answers the same four questions: how much electricity its data centres draw, how much capacity sits on its soil, which suppliers are domiciled there, and what it could stop if it wanted to. The interactive atlas answers them on a map; these pages answer them in text a search engine can read.
Countries appear here only where the atlas holds real material about them. One carrying nothing but generation and population figures is deliberately left out rather than given a page of filler.
